Wylie Properties, Inc is a family owned and operated business providing expert services since 2006. Our owner, Eric Wylie, started the company because he saw a need for quality work at a fair price. His mom owned an apartment building and had many unfair dealings with contractors. This made the decision to form a reputable company easy. Eric took his knowledge and expertise from his hospitality experience and engineering background to create Wylie Properties. Our residential and commercial services include; general contracting, maintenance programs, ADA mobility services, and state licensed home inspections.
