My wife and I had our toilet leak on the 2nd floor through the ceiling in our kitchen and the entire ceiling needed to be replaced. Having 2 toddlers without a usable kitchen was near impossible. We contacted Wylie Properties and they came out right away. They had great customer service, very reasonably priced, kept the mess very well contained, and did amazing work in a timely manner. I will definitely be referring Wylie Properties to all of my family and friends!

As a small business owner for the past 24 years, I have searched long and hard for a service provider that would take care of any construction issues that may come up. I found Wylie Properties, Inc. about a year ago, and I’m so glad I did. The staff at Wylie’s is knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly, punctual. Wylie’s was called out to handle a plumbing issue I had at my dry-cleaning plant earlier this year. The technician was respectful and professional. He was able to work with my staff to assure that our machines were not down for the entire day. Eric and TJ did a bathroom remodel for me and I could not be happier with the results.
We gutted everything down to the studs and started from scratch. I live in a 100+ year old house and to say there were issues is downplaying it. There was plaster and lath on the walls with no insulation, the old pipes were iron and corroded and practically completely closed, we needed a new sub floor installed, and the toilet needed to be moved. And then I asked them to upgrade the rest of the pipes in the house. I think they worked for a week alone moving the toilet and making sure it was done right.
The bathroom is a dormer with a curve in the ceiling, and you can’t even tell where the old plaster and the new drywall meet, they did such a nice job. I did the tiling on the wall myself, and they even helped me cut a few small pieces for around the sink that I just couldn’t get by myself.
The advice they gave me for the items I did myself was invaluable – they could have not given me advice, and just said that it would have been something that they should do, but instead gave me the confidence to try it myself.
I’m a single woman, and a lot of times I feel like I maybe can’t completely trust something a contractor says to me, but I never, ever felt that way with Eric and TJ. They told me upfront how much everything would cost, and they stuck by their word. They went above and beyond for me and I can’t wait to use them for my next project
Eric and TJ were an amazing team to work with when we were ready to finish our basement. They took all of the stress away from us as we were building out an in-law suite as part of the remodel all while we were a short couple of months away from having a baby. They met the timeline outlined to us and kept the space clean every day. The team was informative along each step of the way when an unexpected issue or situation arose. They guided us on design, selections and even added in a few extras to surprise us along the way. Since our remodel, we often discuss how easy and stress-free the process was with Eric, TJ and their team.
